Customer Service Policy

• 1 Year from original date of delivery, labor is included at no charge to the customer.
  
  
• First 90 days from the original date of delivery, the inspection fee is waived.
  91+ days from the original date of delivery, an inspection fee of $75 will be assessed.
  
  
• Frame and mechanism parts are covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty^* against manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Fabric and leather parts are warrantied for 1 Year from date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Electrical parts are warrantied for 3 Years from original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Standard cushions are warranted for 1 year from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  Memory foam cushions are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  Comfort Core cushion are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  Memory Gel cushions are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  
  
• Inner spring mattresses are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  Slumber air mattresses are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  Memory foam mattresses are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  
  

OUT OF WARRANTY CLAIMS

• Inspection Charge — $75.00

• Labor Charge — $125/hour
  
  
• First hour of labor at $125.00 and inspection fee of $75.00 will be collected prior to scheduling service appointment.
  
  
• All charges for out of warranty parts will be collected prior to the service department placing an order for parts.
