3-Year Service Plan

Congratulations, your furniture is covered by the La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Décor 3-Year In-Home Service Program. The 3-Year In-Home Service Program which you have purchased entitles you to many features that will secure your purchase for three (3) years from the date of your delivery.

Features

Included —  Labor on any service, three (3) years from your date of delivery.

Included —  Convenient technician services at your home, three (3) years from your date of delivery.
Included —  Delivery to and from the service center if necessary, three (3) years from your date of delivery.

To use this service, you must have proof of purchase of your service program and your original invoice.
Cancellation

In the event you cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to ninety percent (90%) of the unearned pro rata premiums less any services that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on behalf of the service plan holder. In the event we cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro rata premium.

The service program is available on all new upholstery.  This service program is not valid on Clearance and/or “AS IS” products.
